Apply for an Innovation Passport

To enter the Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) you must be granted an Innovation Passport. Use this form to apply.

Before starting the form, please ensure you have read the ILAP application guidance (opens in a new tab) and check that your product meets all of the eligibility criteria (opens in a new tab). You should also check the latest application fees (opens in new tab).

This form cannot be saved. You will need to have all the required information ready before you start.

You will need:

• a completed Innovation Passport Application form (MS Word document, 526KB) (Download), saved in PDF format
• details of the product developer
• details of the product itself
• contact details of the applicant
• finance contact details for payment

Optional:

• a single document containing up to 5 full-text references cited in your application form, saved in PDF format

After you submit this application:

• you will receive a copy of your submitted answers via email
• a payment link will be sent to the finance contact and primary contact email addresses provided. This will include your application reference number
• payment for this application must be made within 7 working days of receipt of the payment link
